Not £4, but my god. It's huge! I'd taken the top off with 4 bites by this point too.

Lebanese delivered straight to the desk.

Chargrilled chicken and tabbouleh. So good.

Whilst it's very photogenic, I find all of that parsley a bit overpowering. Still, very healthy.

I've made an Asian aubergine and mined pork dish with lemongrass, peanuts, coriander, sesame, soy and chilli.

I'm in Brazil for a few days and this was today's lunch. There are plenty of buffet lunch stops where you serve yourself what you like and pay by the weight if your plate. This lot cost me under £6 and was about twice what I would typically eat for a normal working lunch. Was delicious!

A little wonder through the market and I tried the Srilankan pad thai, not so good, so decided to clense the palet with a kebab. I was going to have a sandwich soad, but he wasn't there.

So, I went for chicken noodles, with curry, with their fricking hot sauce. I also tried their chicken curry, which was fantastic, but chicken and chicken?

On my walk back I saw the dumplings had a short queue, so it was rude not to.

To recap: Srilankan, portuguese, Thai and chinese for lunch.

Well, a Red Cross parcel arrived full of British healthy goodness.

So today for lunch I started with a Cornish Pasty. thumbup

Which was then washed down with this Vitamin Drink, and yes, I did put all of the sauce in. biggrin
