I can well believe it! As an aside... Big problems with my knee this last week has meant no walking - the missus has had to take Monty twice a day! She's not overly impressed - supposed to be my job!

The shame of it is I only walk him at weekends (he goes else where during the week)!

I often take out the empty coffee mugs and such out of rooms when I leave and let them know the rooms empty so am in the canteens good books, means I get massive servings that brim the plate when it's not busy

It's an oven baked fläskschnitsel with sweet chilli drizzle accompanied by a side of oil-deep-fried salt and pepper 4 minute French fries.

Not today's lunch, but it was lunch...


Three cheese on toast, with dark soy sauce.


This was last week, on a cupboard and fridge clear out day. Take ever so slightly stale bread and half baguettes, and toast on one side. Slice Red Leicester, and lay it directly onto the bread. Pour on a few drops of soy sauce, then cover (as lightly or as liberally as you wish) with grated mature Cheddar. Then top off with a bit of grated Mozzarella, and grill to your liking. Enjoy!
