yup, chicken and pork, with egg fried rice underneath. My local takeaway doesn't do it like this so I get from the one near my barbers whenever I go for a haircut.

I doubt it was cooked by the Chief, he just sits there in his Wigwam puffing away on a twig.

Sirloin, sweet potato fries and mayonaise with roasted garlic.

Had to deal with the smell of ham hock being simmered all afternoon while working yesterday.

However the result was worth it: ham hock terrine + some gruyère cheese.
