Lightly poach an egg, plunge in to iced water, dry it off, roll in seasoned flour, dip in beaten egg then breadcrumbs and deep fry at 180 until golden (about 3 mins). lick

Fill the bowl with veg, flavour sachet and boiling water from the kettle then pop it in the microwave for 2 min..(I like bite to my veg).
Add the noodles, cover and wait a couple of minutes. As simple as that.

I like to garnish with fresh chilli because I'm a tart.

Enjoy.

What's happened to this thread? Chicken, cheese, spring onion, lettuce, salt, pepper and the best bloody Asian sauce I've had.

  • Brownies in background were not consumed

I managed to get one of those reduced items at Tesco's where the item was reduced to less than a third, so I bought it. Originally £6, yes it was 6 inches long, I am now on my 3rd meal out of it after two other meals. The egg on this one is now the runt end.

Now I am not really keen on this savoury pork and pasty dishes as it ends up eating something pretty solid, that overwhelms you after a while. Chomp chomp, er, chomp,

But with beetroot and coleslaw that adds something that really adds something. Salty pork plus sharp beetroot and creamy slaw. Looks not that good, but a bit of each in the mouth works really well.

Who'd have thunk it??
