binned it..

it was 151 calories per 100g, 215g tin.. actually had 2/3 of it, which is 200 calories plus veg etc..

trying to stay below 1000 calories a day.. its anal, but someone has to do it.

evidence ( I just fished it out of the bin )

No more Paella's, Thai food, Steaks or Half chickens at the desk.. I will be resourceful and disciplined.
1,000 kcals /day is extremely low. I wouldn't like to keep that up for long.
Good luck.

If you're going to eat meals like that, I would strongly advise bumping up to more than 3 meals per day. Between 4 - 7 is best. If you starve yourself you'll end up being in a bad mood and binging when your will power cracks.

I eat similar food, but between 6 - 8 meals per day. Body feels really good, don't get many cravings and it's much easier to fend off temptation when you're full and feeling good.

Missed breakfast so deserved a decent sandwich for lunch:

Homemade herby bread (fresh rosemary, thyme, chives, marjoram, coriander) - with the crust!
Somerset farmhouse cheddar
Ham
Lettuce
Mayo
Devon chilli farm Chilli Jam

1kg for £4 at the sunday car boot sale in Cheddar. He cut the lump off the truckle in front of me. It's bloody lovely stuff, very potent biggrin

Excellent price too. thumbup

Why all the 'ladies leafs' though?
Only green things on a man's plate should be chillis. Feckin' hot ones.

Great minds must be thinking alike - I just had a gruyere and chipotle chilli melt.

(Unfortunately no pics as I've eaten it.)

Well I'm still alive after the cold Singapore chow mein.

So here go's with a back of the cupboard tin of finest Ambrosia rice pudding dated Sept 2011.

Wish me luck although it doesn't taste that bad.

Chilli and cheese on toast looks yummy.

My giant sandwich effort for the day:

Crusty herby bread, salami, ham, manchego cheese, cucumber, mayo and gooseberry relish (made at Blenheim palace and truely lovely). Yum:
