Well I'm still alive after the cold Singapore chow mein. So here go's with a back of the cupboard tin of finest Ambrosia rice pudding dated Sept 2011. Wish me luck although it doesn't taste that bad.

Chilli and cheese on toast looks yummy. My giant sandwich effort for the day: Crusty herby bread, salami, ham, manchego cheese, cucumber, mayo and gooseberry relish (made at Blenheim palace and truely lovely). Yum:

Yum: would have been a lot better with salad cream than mayo, as it has some flavour to it. mayo is just so bland, plus I cant eat egg an I get salad cream with no egg in it. also, needs a couple more bits of those meats, otherwise a good effort

also, needs a couple more bits of those meats, otherwise a good effort Nooooo, salad cream would have overpowered the finer and more subtle flavours of the cheese and meats. Mayo is there for moisture and fat content only More meat would have happened but I ran out of salami (hence the extra ham to fill it up)!
