Good god no....However, I'm always impressed by the shots Bacchus180 takes of his food. ETA I've read recently that your looking help/advice in that field, Bacchus would be a good start as I'm sure thats what he does for a living.

Start a thread in either the photography section or probably more in F,D&R with the questions your after and I'm sure we can help... I don't earn a living from photography these days but happy to help with anything you may need where I can if I can. But yes Bacchus doe's do food photography in his studio.... (nudge to Bacchus would love to come down to the studio sometime and assist )

Reminds me of god knows... said: “A professional photographer was showing his pictures to friends. Of course, one of the first responses was ‘Wow great photo, you must have a really good camera!’ Shortly afterwards his host made a fabulous meal. His comment? ‘Wow, I bet you’ve got a really good oven!’”

This is a summary of the last few days.. you will need to keep up. To be true I'm going to be honest and not include dinners.. only lunches, none of the following were cooked by me.. only consumed, and for those that ask.. yes I have put on weight, although not as mush as I expected. But I do have a few more days to go. I'm going to start with a good BA breakfast.. only that it was eaten at lunchtime.. wrong timezone and all.. its not bad, stir the eggs and add pepper, good old club world, still get a metal knife and fork!.. then the first lunch a simple plate of King Prawn Tempura and a beautiful bowl of boat noodles, beef bowls with a rich broth... yummy the following day we move to pork and shrimp noodles.. again with a soup, this time a clearer broth, equally yummy and refreshing.. Bit of shopping and realising how things have changed since I moved away.. Then we went up a notch.. a dimly lit but beautiful Japanese restaurant this was just sumptuous.. a little hard to take pics but you will get the idea Decor cool rice sacks Spicy Tuna Rolls Softshell Crab Rolls. Matsusaka Wagyu.. just unreal
