Following the incredible popularity of my healthy breakfast photo, I thought I would take it one step further and show you todays lunch.

Quick look in the fridge revealed an onion, some celery and a few tomatoes, added to a can of tuna with a hint of chilli and a dollop of mayo.

A light lunch of probably less than 200 calories..

I'm trying to lose weight.. I gave up smoking smokin and managed to put 18kg's on in 6 months..

So I have rediscovered food.. however...

I'm now twice the weight of the wife..

Sauerkraut, mashed potato, and nürnberger sausages in gravy.

Microwave for 4 minutes at 600W.

It was absolutely vile.

I finished it.

I feel a little ill.

Is that Stagg Chilli even mildly tasty?
I had to add lots of Tabasco to pep it up.
I prefer the Dynamite although it is no hotter.
