How are you all working out what the cal count is though?

Is there a website you can put the grams and ingredients in.

There is a calorie counter in the first post. It's not brilliant though for finding measurements in grams though.

Are we going with cals per portion then?

Hmmmm... this is where I struggled! I made a massive balls up and hadn't got any form of camera with me last night so I'm afraid I cannot enter.

My dish was Mushroom Miso Soup With Ground Turkey and looked something like this.



Per serving: 248 calories

Will make sure i'm in for the next one though.
