This stuff is superb. Crisp, smooth and tastes like "good lager should"...

Where would one purchase such a beverage?
I get it though one of my spirit wholesalers (I run a pub) - it's made for these chaps

Obviously not in the terms of what we would consider to be draft beer, merely a marketing gimmick but it is a very nice lager which is what this is all about.

Currently drinking a man size bottle of Cusquena.

I wouldn't say its the best but it is very nice!

Asashi is a good one but only tried from the bottle.

Brooklyn lager on tap is amazing only ever seen it at Hickories smoke house in Chester.

American craft beers are amazing and for my money moving ahead of the Belgians and Germans with what they are now producing.

Brooklyn East India Pale Ale
Goose Island including the standard and Honkers Ale
Bronx Pale Ale

All worth hunting down and trying. Very hoppy and flavour packed, rather than the bland euro lagers that we have to put up with in this country on draft.

Not seen any of them, tried a few other american ales and lagers though. Only problem is they seem quite expensive in supermarkets, I'm sure Brooklyn keeps going up in Sainsbury's its about £2.02 a bottle now.

Asahi on tap is wonderful thing.
I'm not allowed it, apparently it makes me fart almost non stop, throughout the night laugh
I like Cruzcampo, but I think it's because I associate it with Spain and being on holiday!
Out of the ones widely available in the UK, I prefer Staropramen.

New favourite Pilsner for me (have always bought Staro or Urquell), not cheap and only available from BoE as far as I know but well worth it, found Krombacher and Bitburger decent supermarket alternatives for German pils.

this is as good for me too, thought it was better than the lauded Augustiner (whether the bottles I had weren't that fresh I don't know confused)

Unfortunately you need to go to a specialist beer seller or use a specialist online retailer to get them. Its quite depressing how st the drinks industry is in this country, go to New York and there are usually a minimum of 10 craft beers on tap in any decent pub, here we have to put up with Fosters, Carling or Stella in general.

This is cracking http://www.beersofeurope.co.uk/brooklyn-east-india...

as is this http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/140/30420

I think the second one is now in selected Tesco's

If you are anywhere near London, there is a cracking pub near London Bridge called the Dean Swift, great selection of beers on tap and in bottle and they do a decent scran aswell.

I am a Guinness or real ale drinker preferring darker stronger ales.
I only drink one lager which I love too bits ~ Red Stripe!
I prefer Red Stripe in bottles ~ the stronger export if ever I can find it.
My wife always makes sure we have chilled Stripey in the fridge and several of my friends have become dedicated to the mighty Stripe also.

Someday that subtle taste will track you down!
