Marrow stuffed with lamb mince and ground spices - cumin, coriander and paprika. Roast tomatoes, onion and fresh chili.

Spinach salad with chick pea, tomato, onion and pesto (basil, toasted pine nuts, parmesan, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil).

This was meant to be a snack for last night after a lunch bbq, but we were stuffed at dinner still.

We also had a bowl of chilli to dip in.

what are you using to take the photos?

My food photos always look like someone vomitted on the plate and not because Im a bad cook, just cant get the photo working right to show off the food.
