Can anyone tell me why they changed their name?

I'm very fortunate that their shop is next door to my office.

2 rib eye steaks for dinner.
I think because they wanted to emphasise that they sold a lot more than just steak.

Personally I thought the previous name was a national marketing winner and they should have just continued with it..

Pff You buy in steak rub? Do you use dolmio for your bolognese?

I love their steak rub. A little goes a long way, mind, as it is mostly salt!

The lamb is particularly nice

That was with cod but I tried the same with salmon yesterday and it was much better. Can't believe I've never tried wrapping things in bacon before. Binging on Hannibal does provide a bit of inspiration to try new things in the kitchen.
