Down the local last night ,chicken wraps and wedges

Last night's dinner.

Chicken marinaded in a marinade made from lime juice, olive oil, jerk seasoning, and Nando's extra-hot Peri Peri sauce, and then oven cooked as kebabs with mushrooms.



Yes, I could have / should have used peppers, onions and/or tomatoes to make it more interesting but I didn't feel like it. Likewise any accompaniment.

Really easy to make. Just mix up the ingredients and then marinade the cubed chicken in it for a couple of hours or more. Then onto the skewers with whatever you want to make your kebabs from, and then cook in the oven on a wire rack with a baking tray underneath to catch drips and splashes, at something like 220°C for 25-30 mins or until cooked. Or else grill them. Up to you really.

They were very tasty.

I'll post the bill also as can't be bothered typing out what each meal was



Was really nice but not something I'd make a habit of,1 the price and 2 weren't enough for me or my brother,would rather had a pub meal , burger or mixed grill,fk knows how much if we'd started adding chips , veg ,mushrooms etc

Was tempted to do waffles eggs and ravioli,but went for the proper lazy way ,chip shop,check DTA thread,that does look lovely fair play to you,above was Saturday ,fk posh food again ,not when there stuff like this.
