Just using up what I had that needed using up...

Chicken breasts, sliced black olives, a punnet of mushrooms, some peppers, some cheese, and some Mediterranean marinade. All roasted in the oven with some olive oil.

Warm chicken liver salad. Just what the doctor ordered.

I spent enough on the damn spices! I'm not buying baskets to go with it.

Sadly, the chips are frozen mcains chips (cooked obviously!) all my hard work and you comment on them.

Well, the chicken looks amazing too. The chips are just closer to the camera so I mainly looked at them
