Photo of your dinner (vol 2)
Discussion
Well guys, the words you never want to hear when trying to consume almost a kilo of meat were uttered "I'm not that hungry".
Result, that meant more for me, but in reality 31 oz of steak was too much for one man to handle. So with much regret I have to inform you of the hideous splitting of the meat. One glorious piece of meat became two. Even the cows down the road were disappointed.
Cooked for 5 minutes (as it was starting to go black) and rested for 5 minutes still gave it a lovely finish.
A little raw for my other half, I say a little, it was raw, down it went!

Just picked up tomorrow's dinner, a lovely rib of beef... It's 3kg, and cost me £42. I'm doing the full roast with home made Yorkshires etc. Can't wait!
Looks great that, bet you keep going back to look at it, I know I would Edited by tedmus on Saturday 1st November 22:10
