Chinese 5 spice Ribeye & Dan Dan noodles. Amazing flavours of citrus, ginger, garlic, soy, chilli, coriander, 5 spice, spring onions and szechuan pepper. That was awesome!

Picked up a frozen pork joint with sage stuffing from Lidl yesterday morning. A little apprehensive at first but for 4.99 is was actually rather tasty.



Yorkies went mad as well.

I do actually have a rather nice 2.5kg belly pork joint in the fridge... will have to resist until I've used up at least half of the the beef though! Made a good dent in it today with some lovely thick slices in my sarnies smile
