Can't beat a good waffle! Out of chips, but I prefer the waffles too.

Nachos again this Friday night. Big lunch sees a snack on a Friday...

Fetch the duck breasts. And make a rosti from some nice spuds. And put plums sugar red wine and beef stock in to a pan and see what happens.

Hi Martin. I bought the duck legs in the supermarket along with most of the other ingredients.

The pancakes came from a Chinese supermarket as did the hoi sin.

I don't think lamb can be done much better than with those three accompaniments, yours looks fantastic. Not had lamb for a couple of weeks, so this has made my decision for Saturdays dinner an easy one beer
