Rosemary and bay lamb.

Rosemary and bay both provided by a local lane too thumbup .... lamb from the butcher!

No plate pictures, too much picking going on!

A tin of Alfez stuffed vine leaves, with Sriracha. I cannot get enough of them.
Later, I might have one of those frozen pizzas, the Chicago Town ones.
Pepperoni of course, my body is a temple.

Local lamb shoulder with a mustard, salt, pepper and garlic crust, steam roasted for 7 hours at 115c.

Just moved in with the new(ish) girlfriend. First couple meals in the house:

Salmon, poached egg and salad



My caveman hash - peppers, onion, courgette, chorizo, bacon and sweet potato cooked up in coconut oil with poached eggs on top



BBQ Chicken and Chinese Pork Belly off the Weber
