Well, this is my first attempt at Pferdestarke's Korean chicken. It tastes delicious. I overcooked the chicken which resulted in it being hard rather than crispy. I took DoubleSix's advice and added salt and white pepper to the flour.

First attempt at pulled pork is currently on the BBQ.

That would look great in a bowl with some chopped peanuts & finely sliced spring onions sprinkled on top.

I'm not very artistic!

There were some spring onions in the fridge. Doh!

This is a lovely curry recipe, made it this evening. It takes a bit of time but is well worth the wait.

The sauce is tangy and rich which really compliments the melt in the mouth lamb.

Not entirely sure as to why it's rotated, but Costco steak, at it's finest!

Lovely piece of steak, and cooked how I like it. Mooing yum

No problem with how that's been cooked but it looks like it needed longer resting.

Nothing worse than having blood washing around your plate. And it turns the chips pink which looks a bit ghey biggrin

How easily does the lamb come apart? I'd like to break it up into pieces and freeze a batch.
