Treat night. I genuinely cannot remember when I last had either pasta or desert.

First time trying Tuna steak and it was lovely! A tad overcooked perhaps though, with prawns fried in garlic butter and coquilles st jacques(?)

It's cold and raining up here so got the slow cooker out when I was home for lunch and made sausage casserole for dinner in five minutes. Tin of beans, tin of chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, oxo cube some sausages and a bit of chorizo.

High end offering there Tickle.

Been watching this thread since year dot and nobody before has done a one spoon rice dish so well, or perhaps never will.

Might be a good FDR challenge, the one spoon rice dish??

Could be fun

Decided to do something a little special with the duck I shot on Saturday. Duck breast, confit leg, duck neck sausage with parsnip & vanilla puree and parsnip crisps.

Thanks both,

Scored some good brownie points with my better half with the effort smile

Lol, said ducks weren't retrieved with my lab this time but that didn't stop him from thinking he should be entitled to the trimmings from the breast and sausage!!!
