Excuse the annoying video but this is a fairly accurate version: I Just used thigh.

Courgette is simple. Spirals. Sugar. Vinegar. Sesame oil. Salt. Pepper. Coriander.

That looks fantastic. I cooked your last Korean Chicken recipe and it tasted superb. However, I overcooked it. I will give it another go.

Is buttermilk just sour milk?

It's a more acidic milk. Regular milk is fine to use. Maybe add some lemon. It's the salt and acid which breaks it down and gives superior texture.

I skipped brining though. It's good enough without.

Tonight it is Carbonnade à la flamande with mashed potato, steamed broccoli and Gruyere topped croutons.

Followed Nigella’s recipe - and have to say it is fantastic. (Alas stew looks like stew! ;-) )

I can recognise your plates at 40cm on an iPhone 6.

No bad thing.

Pulpe de pui dezosate cu cartofi la tava, made for me by my Romanian OH this evening.

Which, literally, translates into boneless chicken (thighs) with potatoes in a tray. Which it is, cooked with plenty of white wine and garlic.

And jolly nice it was too.

It looks like it's trying to escape from your plate. I hope you stuck a fork in it! Looks lovely, slow cooked 'filling'?
