I used two huge spuds, about 6" long and ate some chips before plating up, but I see what you mean, it looks like a tiny portion biggrin

Roast shoulder of lamb (boneless), with garlic, rosemary and thyme.

Some white wine in the roasting pan and foil on top during cooking time.

Been working on my ultimate steak sandwich recently. This is ribeye, with horseradish, rocket on ciabatta. Was pretty good.

Can we just rename this thread to "Photos of Haute Cuisine from amateur chefs that you mere mortals can never aspire to" and just be done with it? Cos I no longer feel able to post photos of my actual dinner any more.
