Might try some wedges in the actifry
After looking at your chicken wings I figured I need one of those actifry jobbies. Then I saw the price.

I have since sent a group message to all the Ropers. Guaranteed they'll be one collecting dust somewhere..Kerr ching.

That, young man, is my kind of dinner.

I think I must have had that about 3 times a week last summer when I got in from work!

Nicely done, sir. I am currently cooking burgers myself and was wondering whether or not I should post a pic when they are ready.

Home made filet-o-fish, like you get at McDonalds.

There is a Chinese Place in Manchester that does a deep fried dim sum which is white fish, a slice of onion and cheese in batter.
They are lovely.

So, since Cotty has broken the seal, so to speak, here's my dinner tonight.

Tesco "Finest" burgers, oven-cooked sautéed mushrooms, Leerdammer Lite cheese, some iceberg lettuce, a dash of tomato ketchup, Waitrose steak cut oven chips, and a cheeky BrewDog Punk IPA.

I realise that, strictly speaking, cooking sliced mushrooms in spray oil in the oven is not sautéed but you know what I mean.

It was nice.

You should've put a potato waffle in there.

Now we're talking my level of cooking ability. None of this fancy-dancy artfully photographed Master Chef stuff. hehe
