Thought about doing a fish pie tonight. Cheating and using frozen mash potato's, give me a break I walked 7 miles today. Still looks kind of odd but its got good reviews so going with it.

We polished off all the lamb shanks but had plenty of sauce left over the following day.

Made a spicy green chutney by blending the following ingredients in the Nutribullet.

Garlic
Ginger
Green chilis
Fresh coriander
Fresh mint
Cumin seeds
Lemon juice
And a little water to bind

Worked very well with the rich curry sauce.

Served with saffron rice.

Could you deep fry them into croquettes?

I think you'd end up with boiling potato oil.
