Wow a whole leg. Looks great how long did that take? Was it a bit like pulled pork where you can just shred it?

We had salmon tonight too. First time I've used my griddle to cook it, the skin crisped up a treat. Didn't cook my
missus's piece enough so I got some extra hehe. I didn't think she'd be squeamish about it as she eats sushi.

The leg was cooked in the oven then whacked on the bbq to char up...Then just pulled off chunks with the tongs or sliced as and when.

We are not at home to Mr White Carbs, so Chilli and sauted cabbage
Another option I use a lot is dicing cauliflower (using food blender) into rice. Good texture and very healthy.

Cauliflower does sound more appropriate, and it's "on the list" as it were. I'll give it a go next time.

Cauliflower gets old quickly, I'll give the cabbage a go. I often do Chilli with frozen peas and sweetcorn, or just with Salad. This stuff http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/product/eat-... is pretty good too, tastes of absolutely fk all but good filler. Wouldn't pay full price mind, but the 2 for one is OK.
