Thanks. But it's a sausage sliced at an angle.

Looks great, Cotters, old chap.

What's the ingredients?

I do a recipe like this call Pytt-y-Panna (Swedish) which has potatoes like you show, chopped meat and onion and is topped with eggs. It's yummy.

I fancied trying cast iron cooking and joined a predominately American cast iron facebook group to pick up some tips. If you are going to post a pic they like to see the cast iron rather than the plated food, hence the in pan shot.

Anyway the ingredients etc

I've spent the day faffing around with a £30 brisket in the rain. They're good but not worth the hassle or expense to be truthful.

You seem to spend about 20 hours a day cooking.... do you have a real job? hehe

How has this been overlooked so far? Is that a DIY effort? Full marks if so, looks absolutely mega.

Indeed it is/was. Mrs Johnny was feeling sushi so that was that. She did the hard stuff.

By far the best we've done. Just had another load and it's even better today.

I'll be sure to pass on the comments, much appreciated,

I'm not a great sushi fan, but that does look very tempting.

Top marks to your OH.
