I do a recipe like this call Pytt-y-Panna (Swedish) which has potatoes like you show, chopped meat and onion and is topped with eggs. It's yummy.
I fancied trying cast iron cooking and joined a predominately American cast iron facebook group to pick up some tips. If you are going to post a pic they like to see the cast iron rather than the plated food, hence the in pan shot. What's the ingredients?
