The fact that he will be there needing a spittoon to get rid of all those peppercorns... they are annoying no matter the lovely flavour.

They were green peppercorns in brine so no spitting.

In all these years I have never cooked a fillet steak, normally ribeye or sirloin. So voila, my first attempt at fillet steak with port & stilton sauce, frozen chips and peas



I will be doing that again!
