i admire everyones' efforts but there has been some rather wet food posted in the last couple of pages. It could well be me however as i am really averse to excess liquid.

Remind me not to come to your house for Christmas dinner. That sounds... different.

Haven't done this for a while as I have been alternating between the likes of Smiths of Smithfield and Five Guys whilst dispatched to the Big Smoke for a few months. So a quick home-cooked Sunday dinner.

Stuffed pork tenderloin, potato gratin, savoy cabbage, assorted buttered carrots, Dijon cream sauce.

Beef with Actifry chips and corn wrapped in bacon. Wrapped the corn in foil which mad the bacon a bit limp so should have just bunged it in the oven without foil

Been craving winter food lately.

With that in mind I present tonight's Sausages and Mash. Harrogate 97% sausages from @debbieandandrews, Maris Piper mash with cheddar, spring onions, butter, sour cream & English mustard. My special gravy with red onions, Worcester Sauce & a healthy glug of Shiraz...
