God question MG* and one in which I asked my mother. The sauce is a mixture of proper ragu I made Friday and some stuff she made and got out the freezer, as we didn't have enough of the stuff I'd made.

Her answer was 'Why not!', I tried to learn her on what was right but she wasn't having it.

So that's how it came... with sweetcorn.

I had Spag Bol last night. You present your Monday night dinners very differently to how I present mine hehe

My mum used to bulk out Spag Bol with corned beef when things were tight which actually work really well. I wouldn't go as far as calling my mums effort a Ragu smile

Increasingly becoming a fan of Costco meat following recommendations on here. Belated posting of Sunday's rib of beef.

Increasingly becoming depressed at how my roasties come out, and yorkshires for that matter. Must get practising.

Mushroom ragout with polenta & dolcelatte:

Got challenged to do a Vegetarian week & have been enjoying expanding my repertoire beyond the usual selection

Very jealous of some of the skills on show on here!
