The start of a very cheap and quick seafood curry ( less than £2 and 2 minutes )
It's a shame the PH cooking competition for curry recently ended. To be fair this was completely experimental, I thought the seafood sticks would be non existent in a curry, so I chose Korma, to give them a fighting chance, however they did quite well and you could use a mid range curry heat wise with them and they would still taste just like a crab, sorry seafood thing. With 3 claws and 7 eyes that needs to see a dentist.
I don't want to seem a cheapskate but they might be quite a good "filler" to bulk out a proper seafood curry if you have guests.

I suppose so. My parents will sometimes make a curry using whelks and mussells. Been ages since ive eaten seafood sticks, though I prefer them in a salad."What are the lovely long white strands?"
