It's a shame the PH cooking competition for curry recently ended.
The only way this could have won this was if there was an Oscar style screw up with the envelopes. To be fair this was completely experimental, I thought the seafood sticks would be non existent in a curry, so I chose Korma, to give them a fighting chance, however they did quite well and you could use a mid range curry heat wise with them and they would still taste just like a crab, sorry seafood thing. With 3 claws and 7 eyes that needs to see a dentist.
I don't want to seem a cheapskate but they might be quite a good "filler" to bulk out a proper seafood curry if you have guests.

I suppose so. My parents will sometimes make a curry using whelks and mussells. Been ages since ive eaten seafood sticks, though I prefer them in a salad."What are the lovely long white strands?"

Tramp curry 
. I went to Mother India cafe in Glasgow last night and had the staff curry which had veg pakora in it which sounded rank but was fantastic.
