I'm thinking a mixed grill is on the cards tonight, I've only had a McDonald's breakfast as I've been busy today, thus making me absolutely famished now!

Evening takeaway Brethren!

We're having a few people round for the F1 this evening and are planning on a Dominoes feast.

Does anyone have any of those £40 for £20 codes which they're willing to donate? Simply to buy MORE!!!!

(The wife binned ours!)

Eternally grateful!

Been out since 10am buying another motorbike - nothing to eat all day, cold wet and tired, so McD's tonight it was.

Cheddar chicken large meal, and a cheeseburger. Wasn't fulfilled, so ordered a chaser double cheeseburger and chicken BLC.

I feel stuffed and dirty.

I know I' a sad fker for doing this but (assuming coke as the drink of choice):

2436 calories (122% of RDI)
9.2g Salt (154% of RDI)
107g of Fat (153% of RDI)
32g of Sat Fat (161% of RDI)

yikes

Did they call you a courtesy ambulance?

Holy mother of god thats awful, I expected about 2000 calories. The salt explains the dehydration later that evening! Fanta was the drink of choice which is likely no better.

Good job thats all I ate yesterday. McDs is awful it really is, and even worse, it leaves you wanting more.

Is that based on a womans RDA? Mens is 2500 calories isn't it?

It is "Average Adult" RDAs. I imagine men's in more. Check out the McDonalds Nutrition Calculator and do your worst.

If you row like a 90 year old with arthritis perhaps.

A decent pace on a rowing machine shoud see you easily burn 750 calories an hour so about 3.5 hours would burn that lot off (but that's a lot of pain for something not that pleasurable to eat)

Since when has a mans calorie intake been 2000? I think you are basing those figures on those for women!

That's not so bad, have a salad the next day and the rule of averages will have its way. As with everything, it's only a problem if you do it every day.

Just have a regular meal and/or diet coke. It cuts alot of calories out. or swap the chips for salad. That RDI is based on a womans mind you.

Had a lovely BBQ chicken Naanbab other night...chicken tikka, onions, peppers, bit of the healthy stuff, squirt of lime juice over it. Chips and garlic sauce.

Jamie Oliver visited this chap and did a write up in the press.

Shame he couldn't inject the same flavour/passion into his own restaurants!
