my local burger king has stopped giving normal fries unless you ask for them, instead the poverty low fat crinkle cut fries! Worst part about it is that they taste crap and you hardly get any. I told the guy he said it would take 10 mins to cook the normal ones.

Not just you, me too. Each to their own, but I can't see why you'd get a chinese and then dump awful looking chips on it!

I don't really plan for my dirty takeaway to be authentic in anyway. I find chips go well with a lot of things (including rice and noodles!).

Some of the remnants of an all you can eat chicken and rib night. Not dirty by a long way but a good quantity! Crawled out on my hands and knees and only £10!

chinky chips are normally Tesco Value (or worse), fried in yonks old oil.

It's 5 in the morning I could really do with one of these rite now,I can't drive after last nite , I could walk,take about half hour with the dog then id have to walk through the drive though and buy one for the mutt also ,might get some funny looks,there a box of coors light calling me, might take the edge off the imminent hang over,yeah that'll do and a slice of toast

In my local's place, they start life as big bags of spuds, which are peeled, chipped and fried onsite. Bloody tasty they are too.

I generally order bacon, sausage and egg.

It's not on the menu but comes with a little 'special order' sticker.

Added bonus of always being made fresh too...
