Quarter pounder with double cheese and chips from the local kebab shop. Eaten in the car for that proper DTP PH feeling.

Chinese ordered for later. Salivating at the thought of the MSG-laden trays of filth.

Tempted to do likewise although I feel a new bowl might be in order

Agree.

The garlic pizza is rank, wedges are always undercooked and the donuts were pap.

Went for the 2 for £20 deal myself last night.

Yep. I had the donuts and they were barely even sweet, had no sugar coating or anything. Agree on the wedges too. And why don't they just do normal garlic bread? Why must it always have tomato sauce on it?

I thought the same this morning when i had leftovers. the doughnuts do not have enough sugar/not sweet. when i had the wedges yesterday they were not crispy. tasted like they came out of someones fridge that had been frozen/defrosted a couple of times.

Feeling like I live in the south right now, £8 for a tiny portion of terrible quality meat and a mainly bone chicken leg in a gloopy coating.

I'm still hungry, I would haven eaten the salad if the tossers had bothered to bring it.

In other news I only ordered this because my cooker broke, currently trying to be good, got a takeaway pass, wasted it. Gutted.

One trick with the wedges is to save them all and a few slices of pizza for lunch or dinner the next day.

Reheating them in the oven for 10 mins or so crisps them up nicely.

I've been told, on the lunch thread, to post this here:

Fancying a change from sandwiches, i found a little italian shop, I was most disappointed.

This is apparently meatball, tomato and basil sauce with crispy pancetta. £5.50.
