uberFRESH are doing something similar in the US using their taxis to deliver food to people from local restaurants and takeaways:

I've seen a few people on the Foodspotting site in the US posting up photos, sadly I don't think I'll be able to order a sandwich from there to be delivered to Leeds within 10 minutes.

This is it, doesn't look anything exciting but £7.95 for a whole chicken (with a choice of flavours) is not bad at all.

I had my pizza delivered by a taxi back in 2002! This was in the Eastern Europe though.

i perhaps foolishy hoped there might be a chilli/spice ingredient in the burger rather than a hot sauce just thrown on a plain burger.
