rofl Reminds of the time I ordered a 16" meat feast, a large mixed kebab and a portion of cheesy chips. I still have no idea why!

Really loving the finishing touch of the two pieces of cucumber as a 'garnish'. I can well imagine the artisan chef delicately placing them atop the kebab and then clapping his hands together with a smile and a 'magnifique - c'est fin'.
A two foot 'bab? Excellent work - A+

The only thing better than the square rice is the nostalgic sepia tinge photography.

I like the fact it is being eaten off some kind of office desk.

There's some serious compression with the rice there! Nothing at all wrong with an average chinese like this every now and then. It can soon be supercharged with some soy, chilli oil or Sriracha. Or all three in my case.

Mrs Soov away Saturday night could mean only one thing.

That's right sportsfans, delicious spicy gravy time.

Back from dropping her off via the local purveyors of tandoori goodness.

Beer and bombay mix, and in the oven with the rest.

Poppadoms duly dealt with.

And out of the oven comes....

Lamb tikka vindaloo
Keema Nan
Plain rice

Cork out. Cheeky Bordeaux.

Enjoy your meal.

Sitting here Monday morning and as I am posting this I am drooling and have a slight sheen of perspiration over the brow.

Gorgeous cloud9

Long time lurker - first time poster.

Ordered a large mixed from my local - liked the choice of pita or turkish / lebanese wrap ( there's two in the top left corner )

Large trough of meat , but lacking in decent chilli sauce was a disappointment.

managed to get about 2/3rds of the way through - had the rest for breakfast the next day in an omelette smile

OK.... This could be my final ever post, meat sweats may do for me.

I have to admit, I laughed a little when the guy handed it over. I expected it to be big, this was fking ridiculous.

Yup that's 2 foot of kebab.

Or more than 2kg.

It was actually a really good bab, good mix of meat, tasty, good hot sauce and not too much salad.

God knows why I ordered a pizza to go with it.....

"Any side dish, sir?"

"Yeah f k it, I'll have a pizza as well."
