Here's a couple of the best kebabs I have ever had.

This weighs in at just under 5lb

This chicken kebab was from a shop on the curry mile in Manchester, was working round the corner for a week so made the most of the top food on offer.

Are you still in rushholme? If so, you've got to try the kobeda kebab from rushholme chippy. Looks a bit of a sthole from outside when compared to the gaudy lights of the rest of them on the strip, but its one of those little belters that only get discovered through word of mouth.
It's still all about Camel One though.

Nope, Al Quds is still the one for me. It was closed on my last two visits across the pennines a few months back. Need to confirm that it's open and head back again soon.

Let's not start a fight, but anyone who thinks Rusholme Chippy isn't the best is obviously heading for a third in their BSc in Kebabology from Northenden Poly.
Having said that not been to Al Quds for a while......

Had a superb curry last night but couldn't take a picture as my fecking two month old HTC has a broken camera.

Basmati rice, keema naan, chicken chaat (contained cucumber?!), and a lamb Podina/pudina (cooked with mint leaves, a little butter & naturally scented apparently)

Never had a podina before, seemed like a good choice for a lamb curry and turned out to be very tasty with a nice fresh flavour. Not sure how it would have been with chicken, or beef, but with lamb it rocked!

They messed up my order. My mushroom bhaji came mixed with rice like a biryani so had too much rice. Nice though
