While working away this week I had this load of filthy fry up from the local cafe.
I don't feel to well once I had finished it.

1st ever Parmesan, got it in, looked small and dry, £8 and felt a bit mugged off. Smothered it it sauce, nom, like a pizza with a chicken base. Can't wait to try a good un! Any recommendations in Leeds area welcome!

While the fish and chips I had tonight was up to the usual standard and of a good size it didn't really add anything I haven't posted previously. However I felt this bag of scraps I got for my visiting southern father in law deserved to be documented.

Yep sicilys, half Parmesan, the special one.

They are my go to place for Parmos, nowhere near as good as the ones I used to have when I worked at HMP Durham but the best I've had in Leeds so far. There seem to be more places offering them so I'll try to check out a few and report back.
