How does the just eat order thing work? i thought the restaurants had a kind of printer thing they are sent through on? every time i make a special request regardless of where it is they are ignored. Dont they get the instructions?

They do when I order - once ordered a curry and asked them to make it a bit hotter. Ringpiece permanently damaged.

It prints out on the receipt, either at the top or the bottom. A half decent takeaway will read the order and the comments before accepting it. A lot of them just hear the machine beep and accept the order without even bothering to check what is on the printout.
