Any suggestions for outlets in West Yorkshire? Not exactly Cider country but you never know..... Perry and other fruit ciders would be preferred, one of those like in the West Country that you take your own receptacle and fill it your sen ideally.
Yes I make it.

I make it at home although things being what they are (apples being ripe in Autumn) I don't think you'll be dipping into any open vat of ready made cider from apples! I do have a few bottles of last years (total 80 litres) left, but as it's organic with no additives it's a bit rough and very strong, 3 pints and you won't be walking hehe
I do have some TC on the go which i'll be bottling tomorrow, this will be strong too, hopefully a bit more drinkable, but it's not organic (you can't have everything). I always make it fizzy unless asked otherwise.
I do have some really rough stuff which we make into a kind of Mead; heat it on the stove add honey, Cinamon, maybe a splash of vanilla and it's a pleasant evening drink, especially in Winter or if you have a bad cold (with Paracetamol). You can also use it for cooking.

I do different recipes, so It really depends on how you like it, you would be best just dropping by and I can give you a taste or a bottle or two to try. Message me if interested and we'll organise something, I generally work late and Saturdays in Salubrious downtown Batley. I don't mind giving the odd bottle or two away as i'm interested in honest feedback.

And the pleasantly light and fizzy stuff (like El Gaitero), which we tend to buy and drink at home.
Currently available in Home Bargains for £1.19 a bottle, so I thought I'd give it a go.

I was quite pleased, 5.5% is just enough and the taste makes a change to what I usually drink. Sadly I've twice forgotten it's fizzy and had spillage..

Missed this reply, thanks. May very well do that.

From the local Co-op that seems to have all sorts available. Only had the Old Rosie so far, pretty strong but nice enough. Think reading back I had it too cold, although I do find it much more refreshing chilled right down.
