Some great entries there, thanks very much to everyone who made the effort to cook offal, it's not so bad after all is it?

I got back from my sailing holiday in Croatia just in time to get my vote in last night and in all fairness couldn't vote for my own entry, even though I really enjoyed cooking and eating it.

Any chance of an idiots type recipe guide to the whisky sauce and all?

Woop woop!
The whisky sauce is 300ml double cream, 1tsp dijon and 1tsp wholegrain mustards, 2tsp whisky, drop of lemon juice and chopped chives. The recipe for the rumbledethumps is on the competition thread.

I will start the new comp later when I've had a think!
