Personally, I really enjoy a Nandos! The loyalty card scheme they operate is also very good (free 1/4 after 3 visits, free 1/2 after 6 visits etc)!

For most it is probably cheap enough that you can go on the spur of the moment but not so cheap you would go everyday. IIRC £5 seems to be teh average lunchtime spend although this may have risen.

Nandos here in Singapore is alcohol free - so I don't go !
Pretty average fare in my experience in any case.

I like Nandos, when the mood takes me, but KFC is a more satisfying eat, more flavour, more base, caveman experience of ripping a dead chicken to bits with your bare hands and teeth etc.

However, the idea of a bunch of D listers falling over themselves for free chicken is a bit sad.

Yeah, but in Singapore you can get much better chicken wings, and other chicken products, much, much cheaper all over the place.

Nope, I've never been in one, no particular reason though.

Not had kfc in about 7 years, since being served a burger with a bite taken from it.

That's grim!

I love Nando's, off there later after the gym probably. And I'm sure I have a half chicken on my loyalty card smile

Damn straight it was, worst of all I wasn't evan pissed enough to be in a kfc in the first place, but mates had been in the pub all day then as soon as I got there wanted to go grab a bite.

Perfect hangover food, head there on a Saturday lunch time and get a fill of spice and a bottomless Sprite! For me it's just somewhere cheap and convenient to go with a few mates, a little less than McDonalds/BK/KFC/etc.

No it's not IMO. Leon:

Smashes dirty expensive nandos out of the water in Central London for both lunch and dinner. Much healthier too.
