I'm going to try for an entry either Saturday night or Sunday morning depending on time either dinner or breakfast.

My prep starts today and my pasties will be on the table for our Monday evening dinner.

Here's my entry, sorry, just didn't have time to post it last night.

Steak, Leek, Potato and Stilton pasties using ready made pastry. I made four, one giant for me, two medium size for my wife and daughter and a little one for my grandaughter and they went down a treat.

Ingredients, I forgot to take a photo until after I'd browned the beef and sliced the leeks.


Ready for the oven in top crimped style


Cooked and on the plate


I've got several more photos so I'm putting them on the Show us your Dinner thread to try and drum up a bit of interest in the competition.

Right I'm back!!! bit of a balls up as I've been on holiday and banned from PH's while i'm in it from the misses...
