How did it go? Any pics?

I made on this weekend - used 400g of lean pork mince and 400g of chopped pork shoulder for a red-meat free version.

You can reheat a portion in a saucepan - or put it in a pyrex in the oven.

I like gently warming a pyrex dish of nachos in the oven, then topping it with hot Smokey Cola Chili. It's also nice stirred into penne pasta, or on bread with melted cheese (like a Sloppy Joe)
