Anyone Homebrew ?

The Lager kits are a disappointment, they just do not turn out like Lager. The IPA, wheat beer kits are fine. I used to use a Muntons kit and add coriander and orange zest to it, it was superb, although not quite like Hoegaarden. If your kit is clean and sterile, you wont make a beer that is undrinkable,it might not be an award winner, but it wont be chucked away either.
