maybe reduce the emphasis on the 'taste hints' photos, as after all they are hints and not flavours. Emphasise the beans, maybe have the citrus fruits etc off to the corner of the product image in a fade or something.

Could maybe do with a guide to some of the variety info etc as it assume a certain knowledge level.

Also maybe a 'what have we got currently' link as you don't want users clicking around trying to find a non-empty category.

Maybe have the 'view as list' as the default as I was pleased to see there was video content available.

Are the images the same as the new labels? If not, they should correspond to assist those of us who can't quite remember what they ordered last time.

IMHO the site is quite good to use, and the checkout function is more streamlined, which is a good thing

One minor issue - is it possible to grey out the countries with no available product?
For example I can click through to Colombia, only to find no product available.

It's just that it's at odds with the premium product you're selling IMHO, and if your front page conjures up that image then it sets the tone for the rest, no matter how good the content (or the product)

You are, however, almost unique in my experience in welcoming the bad as well as the good - most who ask for feedback just want to have things affirmed!

Perhaps make 'view as list' as the default, the 'view as grid' doesn't quite fit right on my mini ipad. I'd actually consider just deleting the view as grid view completely myself.
