I've opened a "restaurant" in Soho

Yes you can buy tins to take away they are £2 less.
We got a couple of beers at the moment. A Portugese Super Bock and a Spanish beer brewed with sea water which is really good - we are currently the only suppliers of this beer in the UK.
Sorry no Salmon. Have yet to find one that is significantly better than ones you can get in the supermarket and warrants us stocking.

Thanks for posting the menu, its interesting to see - I'm gonna have a quick comparison next time I'm in the supermarket and see if we have any here (Algarve). I normally just bypass the tinned section completely.
Feel free to ignore this point, but I'm not so sure about the menu sections and sorting them by price like that. Sorting them by price only and calling the most expensive one "out of your depth" feels to me like you're almost laughing at the suckers willing to pay that price for a tin of fish? Plus sorting them like that doesn't really help you choose what you want. You've got different types of sardines scattered throughout the menu. I'd rather have them all in one section, then I can either choose one or ignore them all.

I think it's a great concept and really hope you do well. When I'm finally back from Texas I'll take a trip over with Mrs P. I'm in the belief that hopefully no one would be stupid enough to do such a project unless they were really, really sure they were significantly better. As for the pricing I think it's silly to compare supermarket tinned fish to this, it's (hopefully) like comparing supermarket caviar with Beluga from Fortnums - added to the overheads which I'm guessing aren't insignificant. Good luck op.

No intention of being a smartarse.
But I tried to work out where it was, and how long it would take me to walk there. And it wasn't all that easy from the website. Which was annoying at the time.
And I had also just look at the website for Beast. Which told me even less !
It's hard enough finding out where Beast is, when you're bloody well stood outside on the street staring at the place! Well worth it though if you haven't been yet. I'm due back there next week. But I tried to work out where it was, and how long it would take me to walk there. And it wasn't all that easy from the website. Which was annoying at the time.

Seem to be getting good reviews from the people that have visited. It does appear that they are appreciating the quality of the tins.
