I'm surprised McDonalds doesn't offer fish fingers. We should campaign! hehe

10 of them grilled, in a sandwich, with a glass of squash on the side.

Fried. They're too dry when grilled. In bread with mayo lick
This.

Although microwaving them stops them drying out and makes them rubbery, thereby lasting longer. smile

I've been eating more of these lately due to having a toddler. Wack them in the oven, butter some white bread add mayo (and hot sauce to mine) and some mature cheese and mmmmmmmm heaven.

Does anyone do the James May manlab way of doing it? I was pleasantly suprised that he managed to fit 5 of the buggers in his sandwich. I always thought 3 was the limit...
You can't have an odd number! Ideal number in sliced bread is four - they fit perfectly and you have two in each sandwich when you cut it in half.

Ideal serving for me is between thick white bread, proper butter, lettuce and tartare sauce. When I'm slumming it though I have no lettuce and tomato ketchup instead. I grill them too as it seems a waste to heat an oven just for a few fish fingers.

Hmmm, I wonder how well a fish finger stuffed crust pizza would work?

His design was four alongside, then one along the top or bottom.

so 8/3s ( 4* 2/3s) in one half and 7/3sa the remain 4*1/3 from the four and one whole finger cross the end ?

So do I. Mind you, love is a strong word. hehe

Still, reckon I eat at least two fresh ones most weeks. Slice them into juicy chunks. yum

It depends on the shape of the loaf, sometimes you can get five in side by side.

Now you're talking.

Shredded lettuce and lemon juice.
