My local HomeBargains (yes, I know... but I'm a student) seems to have stopped selling my favourite snack - MS snacks Pork Crunch - in faovur of only stocking traditional fatty scratchings instead.
I've looked ina few other shops but can't seem to find any other chains that stock it, does anyone know of any?
I looked into buying it online, but due to the economies of scale it works out about 3x what I was paying for it in the shop.....

Ask at the shop who the wholesalers were, get an account with them and buy some.

The trouble with those 2 suggestions is, I wont be buying nearly enough to make the economies of scale work once shipping is factored in (as mentioned in my OP)... plus I won't be home to receive it, and I'm buggered if I'm cycling miles to the nearest courier depot for some pork crisps!

Which Home Bargains in Liverpool are you going to?

There are some other similar type shops to Home Bargains which may sell them. They are up near the uni and Royal Hospital, sort of between the hospital and the TJ Hughes, worth having a gander. I used to get all my cheap studenty snacks from the shops in that area.

But HomeBargains have finally started restocking sea salt, rosemary and garlic flavour Kettle Chips, which are almost a drug to me.

But they've not had the 350g tubs of jelly beans for a while.

For about the 5th time, the online order links are no good to me for all the reasons previously listed!

H_Kan - my local one is in Kensington opposite the big Lidl. I know the B&M you are referring to though, it's by the other Lidl behind the infirmary? I'll have a look in there tomorrow on my way home thumbup

Don't panic, I assume he is referring to the Kensington in Liverpool rather than the better known southern variant.

Also, OP should be grateful that they have stopped selling those nasty things - get some proper scratchings from the local butcher down your neck instead.

asda sell lots of varieties of Pork crunch in the bigger supermarkets.

They also sell super sized bags of real pork scratchings (300g) too.
