Personally, I have one full cube. I suppose you could add 1/2 a cube, 3/4 of a cube etc depending on your preference for the strength and/or to lower the amount of Salt you would be consuming.
From memory I think one cube contains 20% RDA of Salt so for that reason alone you wouldn't want to be drinking too many of them on a daily basis but you'll get away with 1 or 2 now & then and they're a nice change instead of Tea/Coffee.
