Crocodile - absolutely delicious - first tasted BBQ'd on the banks of the Zambezi - just very difficult to get here in the UK unfortunately.
There's a farm in Cambridgeshire (Johnson's) that sell it. They rear them in a special house on the farm!

Dont mind a bit of Ostrich steak. has to be cooked just right though. searing hot pan, 30 seconds a side then heat off and 1 extra minute per side after. love it. Very healthy meat too.

Not particularly exotic, but really enjoy alpaca as I love lamb and it's got that similar sweetness with far less fat. It's pretty tricky to get hold of in the UK though, the last time we tried there were only four farms slaughtering alpaca for meat.

Ostrich makes for a good burger but I wouldn't bother with the fillets. Buffalo makes an excellent beef alternative.

Springbok. Had it served with a bitter chocolate sauce.

Alpaca is a member of the camel family.

There's a farm near Yeovil that has Water Buffalo, I've had their sausages which are very nice but not tried a steak.

I made some lovely burgers a couple of weeks ago using Elk mince. The raw meat was pretty stinky when I opened the vacuum pack but tasted delicious when cooked. Not sure about availability in the UK though.

Did Don Camel make an offer Al Paca couldn't refuse?

So cute, and yet so tasty. lick Kudu is also pretty good. Not a fan of crocodile though.

Good call. More protein too.

I heard that squirrel can be compared to duck and lamb?
Python supposed to be quite tasty too...
